Research properties faster from county sites

Scout is a research assistant for LienSuite Pro members. It reads the county appraisal, tax, and court pages you already have open — pulls the key data into a side panel and lets you add properties to your pipeline with one click. No scraping. No automation. Just faster research.

How Scout Works

1

Install Scout

Load the extension in Chrome. Takes 2 minutes. No Chrome Web Store needed during beta.

2

Browse County Sites

Research properties on county appraisal and tax sites like you normally would. Scout activates automatically.

3

See the Data

Open the side panel to see owner, value, tax owed, legal description, and deal signals — all pulled from the page you're on.

4

Add to Pipeline

One click creates a case in your LienSuite CRM with every field pre-filled. No copy-pasting.

Everything you need, right in the side panel

No more copying and pasting between county sites and spreadsheets. Scout reads the page and gives you the intel instantly.

Auto-Detection

Scout recognizes 200+ Texas county websites automatically. No setup, no configuration. Just browse.

Data Extraction

Owner name, assessed value, tax owed, legal description, exemptions, and property type — all pulled from the page automatically.

Multi-Source Merging

Visit the appraisal site, then the tax site, then the court site. Scout merges all data for the same property automatically.

Signal Detection

Automatically flags deceased owners, heir signals, estate ownership, homestead exemptions, and probate filings.

One-Click Pipeline

Add any property to your LienSuite CRM pipeline with one click. Every field is pre-filled — no copy-pasting from county sites.

Court Document Capture

Scout detects deed records, probate filings, and lien documents on court clerk sites — save them directly to your case file.

200+ Counties Across Multiple States

Scout recognizes county appraisal platforms across Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, California, and Colorado — plus tax collector and court clerk sites.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Scout free?

Scout is included with LienSuite Pro ($79/mo). It requires a Pro account to use — it does not work as a standalone extension. During the beta testing period, Pro testers get early access.

Does Scout work on my county?

Scout supports 200+ counties across Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, California, and Colorado. It works with all major appraisal platforms (BIS eSearch, ACT/PACS, ProdigyCAD, HCAD, DCAD, TAD, TrueAutomation) plus tax collector and court clerk sites.

Is Scout a scraper?

No. Scout is a research assistant. It reads the page you are already looking at in your browser — the same data you can see with your own eyes. It does not make automated requests, does not bypass security, and does not access anything you could not access yourself. It simply saves you from manually copying data into spreadsheets.

Does Scout violate county website terms of service?

No. Scout makes zero additional network requests to county sites. It reads the HTML of the page that is already loaded in your browser. From the county site's perspective, there is no difference between browsing with or without Scout installed. It is no different from using a browser's built-in "View Source" feature.

Why is it not on the Chrome Web Store?

Scout is in beta testing. Once we have enough tester feedback and have confirmed stability across all supported counties, we will submit it to the Chrome Web Store for public distribution.

What data does Scout send?

When you add a property to your pipeline, Scout sends the extracted data to LienSuite. It does not send your browsing history, personal data, or anything from non-county sites. The data is saved to your own LienSuite account only.
