How we keep county data fresh

Every county list on LienSuite comes from that county's own records. We pull each county as often as the county publishes or allows, so the list you see is as current as the county makes it.

What we do

• We collect each county on its own release schedule. Counties publish on very different cycles, from monthly to once a year. We pull again when the county allows it.
• Where we have it, each county page shows the date we last pulled that county on the badge.
• When a county stops publishing, or blocks collection, we say so on the county page rather than show the list as current.

What it does not mean

• A list can only be as fresh as the county publishes it. It is not a live feed of the county's systems.
• A property may be paid, redeemed, or removed from a sale after our last pull. Always verify tax status with the county before you act.
• It is not a promise about any investment outcome.
